Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to manage client communication across multiple channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients reflecting our brand’s commitment to high-quality service. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage a high volume of calls, and take ownership of delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Understand client needs and provide accurate, timely information
- Adapt scripts to suit customer tone, queries, and individual preferences
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on active leads
- Apply a consultative and empathetic approach in client conversations
- Support lead generation and assist with internal coordination
- Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and relevant departments
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or sales support roles preferred
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to confidently manage inbound and outbound calls
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer documentation practices
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable following scripts while adapting tone as needed
- Eagerness to learn, confidence in communication, and professional presentation
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
- Must be able to commute independently to our Clifton office
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: PKR 40,000 – 65,000 (based on experience, skillset, and ability to handle tasks effectively)
