Job Description: |
We’re now looking for an exceptional Recruitment & HR Manager to help us build this powerhouse team from the ground up — including editors, animators, developers, social media experts, virtual assistants, and more.
This is not a routine HR role — it's a strategic leadership position for someone ready to own recruitment, people operations, and team culture at an international standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Build the entire hiring pipeline for our Lahore office (10+ roles initially)
- Source, assess, and hire top-tier talent in:
- Creative: Editors, Animators, Videographers
- Tech: MERN Developers, QA, Project Managers
- Admin: Virtual Assistants, Social Media Managers
- Create job descriptions, scorecards, and structured interview processes
- Implement talent sourcing via job boards, social platforms, and headhunting
HR Operations & People Management
- Oversee onboarding, contracts, policies, and employee handbooks
- Implement attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and disciplinary actions if needed
- Ensure alignment with UAE business culture and operational standards
Systems & Tools (Tech-Driven HR)
- Set up and manage HR systems using Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and related tools
- Collaborate with creative and tech teams for seamless cross-department workflows
- Maintain records, documents, and reporting for compliance and payroll
Growth & Expansion
- Prepare team and HR infrastructure for future relocation to Dubai
- Play a lead role in scaling the business with integrity, performance, and loyalty
- Provide insights and reports directly to the CEO
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in recruitment and HR (tech and creative industry preferred)
- Proven ability to build high-performance teams from scratch
- Hands-on experience with Zoho HR tools, ATS systems, and employee management
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices, compliance, and employee well-being
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Proactive, disciplined, emotionally intelligent, and culturally adaptable
- Leadership mindset — ready to grow with the company
