We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Internal Audit (HOD Audit) to lead our Audit Department. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and integrity across all financial and operational activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the internal audit department across 100+ branches.

• Plan, execute, and manage risk-based internal audits and special assignments.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Review and evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements.

• Report audit findings and risk exposures to senior management and the CEO.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and mitigate risk.

• Train and mentor audit staff and ensure departmental KPIs are met.

• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and audit best practices.
