Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, vendor accounts, and stock balances regularly.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure timely disbursement and recording of payments and receipts.
• Manage accounting software (e.g., Fast Accounts) to record transactions and control inventory.
• Prepare financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with employee taxation and regulatory deductions.
• Prepare and file monthly tax returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax, WHT) in accordance with FBR regulations.
• Support annual audit and external reporting by maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Review vendor invoices, purchase orders, and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
• Prepare customer quotations and invoices as per company pricing policies.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Requirements:

• MBA (Finance) or completed article-ship from a reputable CA firm.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (article-ship included).
• Proficient in accounting software; experience with Fast Accounts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and monthly return filing.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, reporting, pivot tables).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Liaise with tax consultants, banks, and auditors when required.
