We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on residential and commercial construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for residential and commercial projects.

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor work and material deliveries.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

• Maintain daily logs and site documentation (progress, issues, delays, etc.).

• Collaborate with project managers to review plans, drawings, and schedules.

• Address site issues promptly and efficiently to avoid delays.

• Ensure site safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and consultants as required.

• Oversee equipment and materials to minimize waste and cost overruns.
