Job Description:

Iman Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – Services to join our After Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service and support, managing service operations, handling technical issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate after-sales service operations.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide prompt technical solutions.

  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements where necessary.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely problem resolution.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare service reports and performance dashboards.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

  • Support team training and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in after-sales or customer service (preferably in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sector).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively.

  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
