| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies tailored to property listings and real estate platforms.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Utilize paid SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) to track performance, identify opportunities, and analyze trends.
- Create traffic and ranking forecasts and set measurable goals (KPIs) for performance.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, website traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and trends in the real estate domain.
- Optimize landing pages and property listing pages for search visibility and user engagement.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid search campaigns as part of SEM efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, preferably in the real estate/property listing industry.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proven experience with paid SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Knowledge of technical SEO (site architecture, schema markup, crawling/indexing).
- Experience in SEM/PPC campaign management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
