| Job Description: |
- Execute planned internal audit engagements in line with the approved annual audit plan.
- Conduct internal control testing and prepare mitigation plans for gaps identified during the process.
- Plan and perform audits of administrative costs, including monthly transportation bills.
- Review and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable within the company.
- Prepare all required monthly reports, including those related to internal audit, internal control, and risk assessment.
- Achieve key tasks within the target dates assigned in the Internal Audit Department's yearly plan and submit progress updates in the KTMS system.
- Prepare monthly performance review reports in a timely manner for review by the Audit Head.
- Draft audit observation reports as needed, ensure regular follow-up on open observations, and confirm timely closure of cases.
- Conduct audits of local purchases and payables in accordance with the internal audit plan.
- Perform subcontractor (Sub-Cons) audits as and when required.
- Plan and execute any special audit engagements or tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
