Job Requirements:
1. Experience:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
2. Education:

3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in client dealing, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Knowledge of real estate trends, property documentation, and customer handling.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized.
4. Other Requirements:
- Must have own transport and a valid driving license.
- Willing to conduct field visits and manage client meetings.
- Familiarity with property portals, MS Office, and basic digital tools.
